A Psalm for Bedtime
Nighttime can feel big. The room gets dark, the house gets quiet, and sometimes worries get loud.
King David knew that feeling. So at the end of his hardest days he prayed a simple prayer: he handed everything to God, lay down, and slept in peace — because he knew Who was watching over him.
Tonight, you can pray it too. Tell God about your day. Then close your eyes. You are safe, you are loved, and He never falls asleep.
“I will lie down and sleep in peace, for You alone, O LORD, make me dwell in safety.”
