VERSE:
The horse is prepared against the day of battle: but safety is of the LORD. (PROVERBS 21:31 KJV)
EXPLANATION:
I greet you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. “The horse is prepared against the day of battle: but safety is of the LORD.” (Proverbs 21:31).” Let us meditate today on this promise verse.
An older brother and his wife were teachers. They are very poor. But they loved the Lord and gave their children a high education; They also made them know Christ. Because of this, all nine of their children were highly educated and rose to high status. They loved the Lord very much because the Lord had commanded victory in the lives of all the children.
Parents can give their children good food, nice clothes and spend a lot of money. If you give them all these things and do not give them Christ, they will not be exalted.
The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. Love of God is the beginning of victory. No matter how hard the children study, the one who gives victory is the Lord our God! Realizing this, Solomon the Wise writes: “The horse is prepared against the day of battle: but safety is of the LORD.” (Proverbs 21:31)
“…and hath made them as his goodly horse in the battle.” (Zechariah 10:3) The scriptures say, whether standing for examination, standing for employment, standing for advancement, the Lord will make His children the best horses.
May God’s presence be with you always. Always put Him first in all your endeavors. Scripture says, “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” (Matthew 6:33) “In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” (Proverbs 3:6).
No matter what the problem, the Lord will command you victory. Joshua and Caleb were not concerned about the presence of giants in the land of Canaan. Nor did it care about how solidly a walled city it was. What did they say? “If the LORD delight in us, then he will bring us into this land, and give it us; a land which floweth with milk and honey.” (Numbers 14:8). They thought that the Lord is with us and we can overcome it easily.
The Bible says, “I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.” (Psalm 32:8) God will counsel you, guide you, and command victory in all things in your life.
Beloved, always put the Lord before you and shout triumphantly. Speak the words of faith with joy. “…thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” Say (1 Corinthians 15:57).
PRAYER:
Almighty God! You are my counsellor, I prostrate myself at your feet to guide me daily with your advice. It gives me the strength to overcome difficult situations. May your peace and patience overcome me in such moments. Have the grace to obey your word completely. You will teach me and lead me in the way I should walk. Lord, I invite you into my life. Your verse says, ‘The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.’ Lord, give me a heart that fears you. May I always fear you and tremble before you. Lord, straighten all crooked paths in my life; May your blessings be perfect in my life. Lord, let nothing happen in my life that I fear and worry about. Remove all darkness from my life; Let your light shine in my life from now on. I praise You for blessing me with Your wisdom so that I may be successful in life. I leave my failures in your hands. Take charge of my life and make me see victory everywhere. May you give me the victory I want in this world. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ Good Father, Amen!
