VERSE:
The LORD hath been mindful of us: he will bless us; he will bless the house of Israel; he will bless the house of Aaron. (PSALM 115:12 KJV)
EXPLANATION:
I greet you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. “The Lord has thought of us, He will bless; He will bless the house of Israel, He will bless the house of Aaron.” (Psalm 115:12) Let’s meditate on a very comforting verse today. As this scripture says, the Lord has thought of you; He will bless you.
The next verse is, “He blesseth the great and the small that fear the Lord.” (Psalm 115:13) says. That is, if we want to receive God’s blessings, we must think of God; He must have been afraid.
In Genesis, we read about a man named Abraham who feared God and trusted Him in any situation. God blessed Abraham and gave him a wonderful life. Yes, Abraham was a friend of God; Received his blessings and lived a blessed life.
Similarly, in Genesis chapter 9, we can read about the righteous man named Noah who found favor in the eyes of God when no one else could. Because of Noah’s righteousness, the Lord was pleased with him, blessed him, and protected his entire family.
Beloved, the scriptures say again and again that ‘the righteous shall be blessed of the Lord’ (Psalm 37:26; Proverbs 10:6). Scripture says that ‘he who trusts in the Lord will prosper’ and ‘the faithful are blessed’ (Proverbs 28:25; Galatians 3:9). These verses tell us that in order for you to receive God’s perfect blessings, you must believe in Him and walk righteously before Him.
Yes, you should live close to God and be his friend. Surely you need faith to receive His blessings. Beloved, are you lacking in these? Now is the perfect time to dedicate your life to God so that you may walk in His righteousness. Then you will be perfectly blessed.
PRAYER:
Lord of love! I praise You for Your wonderful promise. Thank you for always thinking of me. You never left me in my time of trouble. Lord, I surrender my life completely into your loving arms. I pray that you will give me a spirit of supplication, a spirit of supplication, that I may be careful to pray without ceasing. Give me the grace to always be with You and fill me with Your mighty presence. Help me always seek You, love You and be Your friend. Lord, you have blessed me without forgetting; made me the head not the tail. Glory be to your name. I pray in Jesus name Good Father, Amen.
