VERSE:
Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. (Isaiah 41:10 KJV)
EXPLANATION:
The verse we are going to meditate on today is Isaiah 41:10 “Do not be afraid, I am with you; do not be dismayed, I am your God; I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
Have you experienced how blessed we can become when the Lord is present in our lives? This is what the above verse explains. According to this verse, we will live as those who have received the Lord’s support with an empty heart.
Who will get the blissful life that the Lord who created the universe supports us with his hand? Yes, enjoy this divine treat today. Can I have this? Don’t underestimate yourself. The Lord has earned this great privilege for each of us. He likes us to be together.
“I have the Lord always before me; for he is at my right hand I am not moved.” (Psalm 16:8) Like David, let us call on him today to be at his right hand. Then He will sustain us with His hand so that nothing can harm us.
There was fear of anything in a woman’s life! Walking in the dark is fearful, standing in front of a crowd and speaking causes fear. Thus filled with fear, the Lord chose her for His service.
Behold, how strange is the call of the Lord! She said to the Lord, “Lord, I am ignorant, unwise, full of fear, and have no courage to testify. How can I serve You in the midst of these handicaps? You will help me.”
The Lord filled her with the Holy Spirit without measure. As the Holy Spirit poured out of her, the power of God filled her beyond measure. All her fear fled. The Lord supported her and helped her.
As the right hand of His justice was upon her, the Lord gave her grace to tell the people of the Lord’s love powerfully, to lead many on the path of righteousness, and to stand up and shine for the Lord without any fear.
Yes, dear ones! If you are filled with fear today, God wants to change your life in this way. Nothing is impossible for Him. So cling to the Lord and ask what you need. The Lord will fulfill all your needs and guide you with the right hand of His righteousness.
PRAYER:
God of love! Take away all the vain fears in my heart and fill me with the Holy Spirit. Fill me with all the wisdom, knowledge and grace I need. From this day forth I too shall rise and shine, and live in glory unto Thee, supported by Thy right hand. I pray in the name of Jesus Good Father, Amen!
