ENGLISH VERSION: Today’s Bible Verse (07.07.2023):
VERSE:
That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; ( EPHESIANS 3:16).
EXPLANATION:
Today’s blessing promise is, “That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;” (Ephesians 3:16). How reassuring this is!
The apostle Paul went through great tribulations because of his faith in Christ. He said, “…a thorn is given in my flesh;….thrice I besought the Lord that it might depart from me.” He says (2 Corinthians 12:7,8). He replied, “…my grace is with you; my strength is made perfect in weakness…” (2 Corinthians 12:9).
Today you too can say, “I have no strength. I am very weak. I have no strength to take a step forward.” “Why, Lord why?” You may suffer enough to cry out to Him. But the promise verse for today says, “May the Lord strengthen you with his power through the Holy Spirit in your inner man,” and encourages; confers privilege.
Outwardly you may be weak, penniless, unfavored, jobless, without a family life, unsuccessful, unhealthy, sanctified, or unreputable. But the Lord will strengthen you again!
Samson, when he was mocked by his enemies, cried out to God as he lost his eyes, “Lord God, remember this one key, O God, and strengthen me, that I may avenge my two eyes at the hands of the Philistines.” At that moment the power of God came upon him; He destroyed three thousand of his enemies.
The same God who strengthened Samson today, not to destroy anyone; He will restore to you His power to destroy the power of sin, curses, and the power of the devil. This is why He bestows His power through the Holy Spirit on your inner man. You are no longer; Christ lives in you.
“As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:36-39) Scripture says.
Beloved, Jesus loves you. Only if you pass through the sufferings will your strength be completely destroyed; When you cry out to God, “Lord, strengthen me,” the power of God’s Spirit will come into you; You will be completely victorious. May you receive this divine power from heaven!
PRAYER:
Dear Lord! I praise You for Your wonderful promise. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and revive me spiritually. It will work within me and strengthen me so that I can destroy sin, curses and the power of the devil in my life and become completely victorious. I believe that You have given me the power to trample on serpents and scorpions and blessed me with a life of freedom. May your name alone be glorified. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
