VERSE:
The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.

EXPLANATION:
I greet you in the mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Today we will meditate on the Lord’s promise Psalm 34:18, “The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.”

Does this verse seem to speak to you? Being heartbroken with no one to comfort you is a very difficult situation. It is very difficult when no one can truly understand the path you are going through. But God is near you now; He hears every word you say. “Do you say, ‘I’m worn out?’

You may have lost loved ones; You can say I can’t do anything without them. Maybe your spouse cheated on you or someone you trusted a lot cheated on you. You may feel discouraged because your husband/wife or child is unsaved, addicted to worldly relations and tricks.

Today we may be praying with hope that a miracle will happen. Don’t worry. The Lord promises that He is very near to you. He knows all your struggles.

“The Lord is near to us when our hearts are broken,” says the Bible. Beloved, this is true. The Lord sees your tears; He is very close to you. He will answer you and set you free. So don’t give up your faith and prayer!

We read in the scriptures about a man named Noah who went through a similar situation. When God asked him to build an ark, some difficult questions would have arisen for him. Because there was no rain, the people might have mocked him, insulted him, and turned away from him. Left alone, he would have been in a broken spirit. But Noah, believing God’s word, somehow built the ark. Because of his faith God sent rain and caused a great flood and honored him as a sign in the land.

Even though God has promised you, you too may feel lonely because nothing is happening. It’s easy to get discouraged when things don’t go the way you expect. But know that God is near you and He is listening to every word you speak. He will fulfill that promise and honor your faith and patience in your time of need.

Be happy! God is among you; He wants to comfort you today. You never fight alone. You pray and receive His comfort and peace.

‘Blessed are the afflicted; they shall be comforted.: (Matthew 5:4) God bless this, what a comforting verse! The Lord is near you; He will set you free. He knows all the emotions you go through; He wants to find you. He wants to get you out of your predicament. The Lord will have mercy on you and bless you.

You will experience the Lord healing your wounds and performing miracles in the lives of your loved ones. Keep praying. The Lord will surely deliver you from the things that trouble you. He loves you unconditionally.

Don’t give up your faith and prayer! The Lord sees your tears. He also knows the struggles in each of your lives. He will do anything for you.

PRAYER:
Dear Lord, I praise You for the comforting promise. Thank you for your promise to be with me always. Lord, you see my tears. Thank You for giving me the assurance that You are near me at this time. I come to you with a broken spirit facing many obstacles in life. As you have promised, I pray that you will comfort me by showing that you are always with me and that you hear my prayers. Bless me and lead me straight to a bright future. Let me see the signs of Your promise bearing fruit and let me experience Your perfect blessing. Thank you for your love and grace. You are with me every step I take. Lord, your presence alone is enough for me. Your comforting presence heals my wounds. I pray that you will complete everything for me and keep me in complete peace and happiness. I pray in Jesus name Good Father, Amen.
