LAKEVILLE, Minn. — Christian Family Solutions (CFS) is consolidating its teen day treatment program, offering in-person treatment at its Mankato location and continuing online treatment throughout the state of Minnesota for those who do not live in close proximity to an in-person treatment option. CFS will no longer offer day treatment in Lakeville, and the CFS Lakeville location will close effective July 7.
CFS has served the Lakeville community since 2012 and opened its location at 8670 210th Street West in 2019. The Mankato site at 44 Good Counsel Drive will become the new flagship location for services in Minnesota. CFS also has a clinic at 2720 Superior Drive NW, Suite 103 in Rochester, Minn.
In-person day treatment for teens ages 13-18 will continue and expand at the CFS Mankato location. CFS is now offering three different groups of ARMOR Day Treatment for Teens in Mankato:
- Female AM Group: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Female PM Group: Monday through Friday 1-4 p.m.
- Male Group: Monday through Friday 1-4 p.m.
The ARMOR Online day treatment program runs Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. via telehealth.
ARMOR provides intensive treatment to effectively manage depression, anxiety, trauma, or other serious mental health conditions. ARMOR offers at least 15 hours of treatment five days per week with the accountability of a group setting. Community-based day treatment can be an important step before hospitalization or residential care is needed, or for those stepping down from hospitalization or residential care.
